At RS Podiatry Clinic, we believe people should not have to accept pain as a normal part of life. Too often, ongoing foot, ankle, knee, hip, or leg pain is dismissed, misunderstood, or treated in isolation, leaving people frustrated, restricted, and unsure where to turn. Our clinic exists to help people understand what is driving their pain and support them back to comfortable, confident movement.
We work with individuals of all ages and activity levels who are dealing with discomfort that is limiting their day-to-day life, whether that means struggling to walk comfortably, exercise without flare-ups, work on their feet, or return to sport after injury. Our focus is always on long-term improvement rather than short-term relief.
Our clinical approach is rooted in musculoskeletal and sports podiatry. We combine current research with a detailed assessment of how each person moves, loads, and functions during everyday activity. Through thorough clinical examination, gait assessment, and biomechanical analysis, we aim to build a clear understanding of why pain is occurring, not just where it is felt.
Every treatment plan is personalised, evidence-based, and tailored to individual goals, lifestyles, and physical demands.
To support this approach, we use advanced treatment and assessment tools including Shockwave Therapy, MLS Laser Therapy, 3D gait analysis, and custom 3D-printed orthotics. These are always used as part of a broader, structured plan that may also include rehabilitation, load management, and movement retraining, rather than as standalone treatments.
Our patients come from a wide range of backgrounds, from older adults who want to walk more comfortably, to recreational runners, labourers, dancers, and elite athletes.
We have worked with Team GB competitors, professional footballers, triathletes, and marathon runners, and were proud to support athletes during the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Regardless of background or activity level, our aim remains the same: to help every patient move with less pain and greater confidence.
RS Podiatry Clinic is located in a peaceful countryside setting in Meriden, with easy access from Solihull, Coventry, Birmingham, Leamington, and surrounding areas. We offer free parking and early or late appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
